Bat Country

DISCLAIMER: What you are about to see is entirely fictional.

This reminds me of those MTV intermissions in the 90's, the endless loop cycles. I was always fascinated by those animations. If I set this video to loop I could watch it forever.

Congratulations to "Good Books" and the agency "String Theory" for putting this amazing animation together. Now the world must see...

South America, Peru

--
Traveling could get expensive really fast but this trip we had a $90 budget per person per day which included hostel, delicious food (plus sampling all the street vendors), daily activities, sight seeing and bus fairs to different cities, (minus the train ticket to Machu Picchu which set us back $175 a person).

We landed in Lima, this is where we did most of the partying and drinking. To keep to the budget we took the bus from city to city, not the best time spent on these buses as they became longer and longer throughout our travels. Shortest distance was to Nacsa which was 10 hour bus ride and the longest being from south of Peru back to Lima for a whooping 15 hour bus ride, (a personal record for me). We sand-boarded in the sandy dunes of Nasca, cycled through the mountains of Cusco, hiked up to Machu Picchu, and enjoyed our last days in Arequipa than back to Lima to fly home.

You've seen the pictures now check out the video.

Premonition of Danger

--
The air is growing cold and there's nothing you can do. Soon there will be no gauze inside the confessional. There is no light in the darkest of your furthest reaches. The ocean floor is hidden from the viewing lens, a depth perception languished in the night. All my life, I've been sowing the wounds, but the seeds sprout a lachrymal cloud. -- The Mars Volta

Camo-Green-Gorillaz

--
In conjunction with the release of the limited edition chuck taylor Gorillaz collection, Andre 3000 and James Murphy have teamed up with Gorillaz to give you a killer visual soundtrack. I'm a big fan of Gorillaz music and creative concepts, unfortunately not a big fan of camouflage. Look out for the camo-chucks in the video.
